Privacy Policy

KeyVal (keyval.org) is a simple public key-value service. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the website or API.

We do not use or sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your stored values or personal information to anyone. We do not use your stored key-value data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

Data you store. What you write through KeyVal is kept so the service can return it when requested. Please do not store passwords or other sensitive information. How keys can be read or overwritten is explained on the main site.

Retention. We try to keep stored data for at least one month. After that, entries may be cleared when we need to free storage space.

Website analytics. The keyval.org website uses Google Analytics for aggregate visit statistics only—not for the content of your stored keys or values.
